MOTIVATION COUNT ME IN!
Teacher will draw a circle on the floor, the students who
belong in each category mentioned shall hop inside the
circle.
OBJECTIVES The teacher asks the class to guess the following objectives:

PRESENTATION & DISCUSSION Video Analysis
Watch attentively to the video (short documentary).

Determine the general purpose of the video, participants,
locale/area of the study, and period of the study.
Along with this, the teacher will ask the following
questions:

[Link] are the problems faced by the participants?
[Link] do you think is the purpose of the video?
The teacher presents the Scope and Delimitation of the
Study.
SCOPE OF THE STUDY
-determines the focus and purpose of the study.
- explain the respondents within which the study will be
operating
- in writing this, you need to present clearly where your
research study will take place and what will be included
and not included.
The teacher presents an example:
DELIMITATION OF THE STUDY
- Identifies and describe the boundaries of the study.
- It includes the socio-economic context, the place or area,
the position, and other indicators encountered by the
researcher in the conduct of the study.
BOARD WORK
Students will analyze the data presented. They will use it to
look for the answer to the following guide questions.

The students who volunteer will write their answers on the
board.
Guidelines in writing Scope and Delimitation:
1. Write the focus and general purpose of the study.
2. Write the selected respondents.
3. Write the time; either months or years which the
data where gathered.
4. Write the place where the study is conducted, and
the method used for data gathering.

ACTIVITY TIME:
Students will have a pen and paper activity. As the teacher
discuss the guidelines in writing scope and delimitation of
the study, they will refer to the examples presented and
imitate the procedure to make their own based on the given
research title. They will be given two minutes to write each
part. The teacher will affirm the students for their effort and
cooperation.
