STEPS ON MAKING DUMPLINGS
Step 1. Clean the fish and remove the scales. After that, boil
the fish in casserole with chopped ginger and salt to remove
the odor and to taste. (Low heat, 15 minutes)
Step 2. While Waiting, chop the celery, onion leeks,
malunggay, pechay baguio into thin pieces then grate the
carrots. Put it all in a medium sized container.
Step 3. After boiling the fish, remove the scales, skin and
the fish bones. Place it in the container where you put the
other ingredients then mix.
Step 4. Put 1 pack of magic sarap, and 1 teaspoon of pepper
and garlic powder then mix.
Step 5. After mixing all the ingredients, put a small amount
of it into the dumpling wrapper then cover it by pressing the
sides using fork.
Step 6. Place all the dumplings in the steamer. Steam it in to
10-15 minutes.
STEPS ON MAKING DUMPLING RICE
Step 1. Fry the rice in a low medium heat.
Step 2. Put the chopped onion leeks and pechay Baguio, carrot
cubes, cernel corn, 1 pack of magic sarap and ¼ teaspoon of
paminta and garlic powder.
