Mrs. Anupama, our esteemed Principal with an impressive 15 years of combined

industry and academic experience. She has a rich professional background,
having worked with renowned organizations such as IBM, Aditya Birla, and Rishi
Women's College. Currently, she brings her expertise and dedication to Aadhya
Group of Institutions.
Mrs. Anupama is a highly qualified individual, holding degrees in M.Com and

B.Ed, along with an Advanced Diploma in Information & Technology (ADIT). Her
extensive academic and professional journey reflects her commitment to
education and her continuous pursuit of knowledge. With a very positive outlook,
Mrs. Anupama is not just a Principal but also a devoted teacher. She is well-
known for her student-friendly approach, fostering a supportive and welcoming
environment within our institution. Her enthusiasm and passion for education
are evident in her every action.

1. You have held key positions throughout your career, what is the
reason behind keep connected with the education sector?
Answer: Every day is a learning in the education sector. As rightly said “The
true purpose of education is to make minds and not careers”. It is the only
sector where we can create thoughtful citizens and build their self-esteem and
confidence.
2. What are the best practices you have observed in Aadhya Group of
Institutions?
Answer: Aadhya believes in Student friendly atmosphere, grooming them to
their potential and helping them to think beyond classroom and making them
Industry ready. Understanding the Industry needs and training students
accordingly.
3. What measures do you have in place to support faculty development

and ensure that the teaching staff is equipped to provide high-quality
education?
Answer: The Faculty or Teachers are the nation builders. This is the reason for
continual learning. The field of Education is dynamic and every faculty need to
be equipped with facts that the teaching and learning practices differ. To cater
faculty have to have the knowledge about latest teaching methods where the
faculty is only a facilitator .
4. What role do you believe extracurricular activities and student

organizations play in enhancing the overall college experience?
Answer: The role of extra curricular activities have greater impact on students
character development , leadership, time management skills , more of student
participation. This will help in developing persistence and brings motivation and
confidence in them. We also have a student council committee which is into
handling college activities , build effective participation and communication and
mostly to work as one team.
5. How does Aadhya Group of Institutions ensure that its students

receive practical, hands-on experience in addition to theoretical
knowledge?
Answer: Here at Aadhya we follow concept oriented teaching where the

students are given an opportunity to learn and work on live projects which
correlate the theoretical knowledge with practical. We also encourage peer
learning and group discussions, which make students think beyond the subject.
6. How do you plan to stay updated with the evolving needs and
expectations of students, parents, and the broader educational
landscape?
Answer: Education is evolving in nature. We have new dimensions coming up

every moment and the students and parents also have great ideas and goals.
We have to stay updated and connected with students , parents and make them
understand the needs and requirements to accomplish their goals .
7. What are the Facilities available to students within the college?
Answer: Dedicated and Committed Faculty team, best infrastructure, Fun and
friendly atmosphere. Given equal importance to academics, co-curricular and
extracurricular activities. Student Council Committee.
8. Any suggestions you would like to give to the current youth and the
aspiring students?
Answer: Youth of today are the leaders of tomorrow. Youth is the hope of our
future. May youth grow in strength and determination and build our nation.
