Project Title: Project IMPROVE (Promoting IMPROVized OVEn as an alternative home learning resource in SHS
Bread and Pastry Production in this New Normal)
Problem Statement:
1. Student difficulty in performing the task in Bread and Pastry Production due to unavailability of learning
equipment at home like oven.
Objective Statement:
1. To contextualize lesson in Bread and Pastry Production by using available resources found at home like crafting
makeshift oven as alternative learning resources in this new normal.
2. To promote local innovative products by using local materials.
3. To develop student initiative and resourcefulness in this new normal.

Root Cause: Due to COVID 19, learners were not allowed to go to school for hands on learning. For this reason,
student find it difficult to perform the task in BPP due to unavailability of learning resources for
practical work at home in Bread and Pastry.
