Directions:
1. In a group of five (5), make an activity design of your proposed activity for the
upcoming Sangka 2023.
2. The activity must not be part of the official events of Sangka 2023.
3. Use the CSU Activity Design template and be guided with the mechanics of
activity designing.
4. Write a cover letter endorsing the team’s activity design to the University
Student Government President.
5. Below are the formats to be considered:
• Paper Size: A4
• Spacing: 1.0
• Font Style: Palatino Linotype
• Margin: 1" for all sides
• Font Size: 12 points for headings or titles. 11 points for the body.
Italicization is accepted.
6. Each document is worth 25 points.
7. Submit those documents to your instructor.
