FINAL BIR REGISTRATION STEPS

The Taxpayer is the one responsible for enrolling themselves with BIR’s eAccreg
as per BIR’s requirement.

Once enrolled, you will need to submit the Notarized Sworn Statements we have
provided you to your RDO where your business is registered.

Enrolling yourself with BIR’s eAccreg is important because once your RDO
approves your POS permit application this is where you will be able to print your
POS permit.

MERCHANT BIR EACCREG REGISTRATION STEPS

1. Go to this website: http://www.bir.gov.ph/ (Work best with Internet Explorer)

2. Look for E-services

3. After clicking eServices, look for other services and click it:

4. Next, Look for E-accreg Icon

5. And then, Click enroll user for enrollment:

6. Fill out the form accordingly


a. Select Tax Payer
b. Taxpayer Classification depends on your COR
i. Individual: Registered Name in the COR ​is a person’s name
ii. Non-Individual: Registered Name in the COR ​is the Company’s Name
or Business’ Name
iii. Branch Code is the last three (3) digits of your TIN not your RDO code

7. Once you have submitted eAcregg enrollment, Fill out the sworn statements we sent you
and have it notarized (2 copies each sworn statement - 1 copy for the RDO and 1 for a
receiving copy)
8. Once notarized, submit the sworn statements to your business’ RDO
9. Wait an update from BIR ​via email​ of your application’s approval
a. If you need to follow-up, you may ​follow-up directly with your RDO
10. Once your application is approved, you will be able to log-in eAccreg and print your final
permit.
11. IMPORTANT:​ Please inform our team of your approval by emailing us a
[email protected]​ so we can advise you how to enable BIR in your back office and
provide you the BIR decal sticker that needs to be together with the final permit

FINAL PERMIT PRINTING PROCEDURES

1. Go to this website: http://www.bir.gov.ph/ (Work best with Internet Explorer)

2. Look for E-services

3. After clicking eServices, look for other services and click it:

4. Next, Look for E-accreg Icon

5. Enter username and password, and then click Login:

6. After, you enter your username and password, this will appear and click submit

7. Afterwards, you will be directed to this page

8. Choose “Registration for Permit” to use and then choose “List of Registration for Permit
to Use”

9. Enter details as shown below
a. Transaction Number: ​Refer to the application for Registration of Sales
Machines form that we sent you. Transaction number starts with “REG” ​NOT
“ENR”
b. Permit Number: ​blank
c. Type of Permit: ​Select Final Permit
d. Machine Type: ​Select ALL
e. Status: ​you may select ALL or Final Permit
f. Date of Application: ​Refer to the application for Registration of Sales Machines
form that we sent you.
10. Click Search and will show results, you may double click the registered name

11. Once you click the registered name, you will see the transaction details with you COR
details and you may click “ Generate Permit to Use”

12. After you click the Generate Permit to Use, you can see now your final permit.
a. Do not use the SHORTCUT KEY( Control P) in printing.
b. Click the print button at the bottom left
c. Wait until a pop-out appears prompting you to allow printing

13. The Output of your Final Permit must be ¼ of a short bond paper.
