Greetings!

I would like to ask your permission to conduct a home visit of my learners taking Science 7.
During the home visit, I intend to monitor the progress of my learners especially those who
needs supplementary guidance. I also plan to provide necessary intervention and enrichment to
learners at risk of failing and make a follow up on learners who were unable to submit all
required outputs. In the case of Clarence Biton, I would like to make a follow up on why his
home tutor is unable to collect his modules for the entire 3rd Quarter
