MAPEH QUIZ BEE
Report
Prepared by:
Music, Arts, PE (Physical Education), and Health are all included. It was a
combination of subjects taught in schools all over the Philippines that were previously known to
be separate entities.
Each subject corresponds to a teaching subject, and for those who want to learn more
about art education in the Philippines, teachers use Arts to help students develop their artistic
skills.
MAPEH is an important subject that is related to our statistical skills, and its four main
components (Music, Arts, Physical Education, and Health) are relevant to our daily lives.
MAPEH, which stands for Music, Arts, Physical Education, and Health, is a vital part of
daily life. Music and the arts, at the very least, provide a relaxing outlet. Physical education
emphasizes the value of keeping the body active and moving. Health can teach you how to stay
healthy and what you should and should not do to your body.
The Music and Arts Program aims to introduce and develop students' appreciation for Philippine,
Asian, and Western music. Students learn not only facts and theories, but also practical skills
such as singing, playing Filipino and Asian instruments, listening to recordings, and reading,
writing, and creating music.
Physical education aims to develop students' physical strength, poise, soundness, and efficiency,
as well as their mental alertness and activity, as well as their emotional temperedness and
balance. Each year level participates in a unique fitness program, such as sports, gymnastics,
dancing, and martial arts.
Health education is intended to keep students informed about health concerns and issues.
Lessons on Health Assessment, Proper Hygiene, First Aid, Drugs and Substance Abuse, Mental
Health, Communicable and Non-communicable Diseases, Alternative Medicine, Nutrition and
Fitness all aim to lead students to adopt a healthy lifestyle.
