REFLECTION
Throughout my PE education, I have learned a variety of
skills that I know will benefit my body and lifestyle. I
discovered that participation in sports on a regular basis,
whether in a team or individually, can be beneficial to my
development. Physical education serves as a motivator for
students to participate in such activities and enjoy the
experience of succeeding. It also encourages students to
accept losses with optimism. Thus, leading to the
progression of the entire personality and character of an
individual.
