ACTIVITY DESCRIPTION:
Objectives:
To update teachers for the school year quarterly reports through the new DepEd Orders and Memorandums
coming from the central office.
Highlights: Video Presentations and Discussions.
Results
1. Teachers became aware of the changes on the schedules to be checked quarterly of the school
year.
2. Teachers acquired knowledge on how to do the reports on time to avoid being late on submission.
3. The activity was successfully done through the full cooperation of all members of the group.

Objectives:
1. To increase the teacher’s awareness on the mechanism that intends to minimize, in not stop,
improper utilizations of public funds.
2. Ensure that public funds are properly utilized for what is intended for.
3. Orient the teachers on the liquidation process to poster transparency, ethical and accountable
utilization of MOOE funds.
Highlights: Discussions, sharing, open forum
Results
1. Teachers became acquainted with the MOOE forms, procedure and process flow on the allocation
and liquidation of MOOE fund.
2. The activity was successfully done through the full cooperation of all members of the group.
