more exciting, I play music while
you are passing the box. When the
music stops, The one who is
holding the box will get a piece of
paper and identify it. And the lastly,
Once you identify whether it
primary,secondary or tertiary you
will post it on the wheel pattern on
its corresponding spot. Do you Yes, We do.

B. Establishing a purpose for the
lesson
So class this afternoon we will
discuss the main goal or the
purpose of the color harmony. In
color theory, color harmony refers
to the property that certain
aesthetically pleasing color
combinations have. These
combinations create pleasing
contrasts and consonances that
are said to be harmonious and
these established combinations are
based on their position on the color
wheel, and create a satisfying
balance of colors by relying
on harmonies that are instinctively Yes, Teacher.

TYPES OF HARMONY
1. Direct Harmony also known as
complimentary colors,
means pairing your key color with
the color sitting on the opposite
side of the color wheel. Red and
green, blue and yellow, and orange
and green are the primary
examples of direct harmony.
2. Split Complimentary is a color
scheme using one base color and
two secondary colors. Instead of
using a complementary color, two
colors placed symetrically around
it on the color wheel are used. The
base color is main, while the
secondary colors should be used
only for highlights and accents.
3. A triadic color harmony employs
three colors evenly spaced around
the color wheel. Triadic harmonies
are often vibrant, but without the
sometimes-jarring look of a
complementary color scheme.
Yes teacher, we understand our lesson
Answer: Complementary harmony
Answer: Split Complementary
4. f two things are described as
analogous, it means they
correspond to each other or are
similar in some way. When
learning how to mix colors and
how colors will look when used
together, artists often learn about
color theory, which deals with the
color wheel and the harmony and
contrast of different colors.
H. Making generalizations and
abstractions about the lesson.
