Reminiscence

Greetings to all of us.
Life comes at a price. We get picturesque sceneries of this world, with the people
who love us more than ever, and with this opportunity bestowed unto us are the worldly
responsibilities and trials we must face and surpass. Despite fulfilling our duties, time will
come when our bill comes due.
But you got unlucky. Your time is up. Let’s say, you are informed beforehand of your
death and clocked by the Grim reaper for 24 hours before he’ll take you to judgment.
Are you ready to die?
If you ask me, I have no choice. I’ll spend my first seconds to weep and growl.
Afterwards, I’ll go home and spend some precious time with my family and inform them of
my misfortune. However, I will not spend my last moments with them, because the pain
they’ll experience when I die in their arms is unbearable. Who would want their only child,
with all their heart and resources, pass away like wind?
Going to serene places where I can reminisce would be next and most prioritized on
my to-do list. Here I can prepare and fulfill my life by looking back to times when I was so
blissful, miserable, nervous and excited. Doing this will make me have a firm understanding
of myself, for what I’ve done and what I can do with my remaining time.
Now that I know myself more, I must do those things that make my life complete. I
shall resort to my hobbies such as playing, ask for sincere apology to those people I’ve
disappointed and offended, say my farewell to my childhood friends, bestfriends and
partner (if I have), and thank the people that came in my life before I’ll go.
Finally, for my last wishes, I’ll take myself in the middle of the sea on a starry night
and wait until the waters will take me.
Death is more dreadful when you’re dead during your life. Live the moment. Good
day.
