REFLECT
Reflection as a future teacher.
1. Why do you need to enforce
positive discipline?
1. Because positive discipline keeps kids out of harm's way, teaches them
how to make good
decisions, and models self-control. It also fosters strong interactions between students
and
teachers, which aids in the development of confidence and self-esteem.

CLASSROOM MANAGEMENT MATRIX
YOur pupils will know what their obligations are and what you expect of them if you manage
your classroom correctly. It also
provides students with a daily schedule for your lesson
3. Which behavior strategies were effective in managing the behavior of the learners?
In
motivating students? Why were they effective2
3 Giving positive incentives to students who are doing well in class is an excellent behavior
approach for regulating their conduct. Learners will be inspired to participate in class and will
continue their good behavior in this manner.
REFLECT
Reflect on the following and write your insights.
1. Imagine yourself organizing your classroom in the future. In what grade year level do you see
yourself? What routines and procedures would you consider for this level Why?
Since I attained secondary education, l envision myself organizing classrooms at the secondary
level, suchasgrades 11 and 12. Prayers, icebreakers, attendance, lecture, and activities are
among the routines or procedures that I will consider.

2. A teacher considers appropriate classroom design and practices that may also be compatible
with her or his pupils' preferences in general. S/he should primarily involve students in deciding
this issue so that they can learn how to manage themselves and their routines, but with teacher
guidance. To relate this with the pupils I observed, I once asked students how they created their
classroom, and she stated that they performed the majority of the exercises and design in the
classroom with the teacher's permission.

Arrive on time.
Raise your hand before speaking.
Listen to others and participate in class discussions.
Use the pencil sharpener during noninstructional time.
Stay on task.
Do your assignments.
Bring materials and have them ready.
Listen to directions.
These guidelines were chosen because students can comprehend what is expected of them in
the classroom if they follow the rules. They should be simple, easy to grasp, and readily visible
to all of my students. One of the most crucial components of creating great classroom rules is to
keep them broad enough to cover a variety of scenarios while remaining personalized to my
students, classroom, and institution.
