NOTE: Transportation inclusively.

NOTE:
If any variation in the taxes, duties or If any new taxes or duties are levied during the
currency of this contract, it will be to the buyer account.

TERMS OF PAYMENTS:
10% of the Contract value as interest- free advance along with work order or
contract. 85% of the Contact value when the materials advance payment.
05% of contract value up on completion of installation & handing over.

WARRANTY:
We give warranty & free maintenance for the lift for Two year from the date of
completion of the lift.

NOTE: 1.Electrical bulbs, Lights & Batteries are not covered in the Warranty.
2. Any Parts of the Equipments Burn, Damage, Earthquake, Water Seepage,
Faulty Power supply, Theft. Is not covered under warranty. Any physical
damaged is not Covered under warranty.

Works under Customer Scope:-

1. Builders work such as forming lift well, pit and machine room. which shall be
kept dry and free from dust with necessary access according to local
regulations and all minor builders work, such as cutting pockets, grouting
guide brackets, grouting rag bolts, grouting landing push boxes, indicator
boxes providing bed blocks and buffer blocks etc.
2. Any type of wiring (including concealed wiring) whatsoever in the lift shaft
walls are strictly prohibited.
3. Machine room floor including any reinforcement necessary for load bearing.
4. Lifting beams/hooks in machine room wherever necessary.
5. Any necessary tanking lining or reinforcement of the pit.
6. Landing wooden door frames for the landing gates.
7. Dividing beams for multiple wells and inter-well pit screens.
8. Guarding of openings.
9. Scaffolding, planks and ladders to our requirements.
10. Storage of materials, tools and clothing in a suitable locked, dry, ventilated
and illuminated storage space protected from theft and damage.
11. Working lights and temporary and permanent electricity supplies.
12. Cleaning down, renewal or replacement of lift equipment damaged by dust
due to dry grinding of mosaic or other builders work.
13. Provision of safe access to machine room or lift well to our requirements.
14. Bed blocks and buffer blocks are to be provided as per our drawings wherever
necessary.
15. Wiring of 720 gauge 4 core main power cable and 8 gauge copper earth wires
from the source of supply to the machine room terminating in 1 No. 4 pole 16
Amps. 415 V-3 Phase main switch fuse unit for motor and 1 No. 2 pole 10
Amps, 230 V-single-phase iron clad switch fuse unit for fan and light. Also 1
No.1 pole 10 Amps. 3 Pin Power plug socket with switch for use of power tools
for erectors requirement.
16. Suitable lighting of the shaft way and machine room.
17. Cost of electricity for erection and testing of lift.

DELIVERY & COMPLETION:

We shall deliver the material in one month from the date of receiving the approved
GADs and complete the installation in 45 days from the date of handing over of lift shaft
duly completed in all respects along with required power supply and earthling in the lift
machine room.

We cannot accept any responsibility for delayed execution of the lift in the following cases:

A) If the terms of payment are not complied with.

B) If the preparatory building works excluded from our contact and necessary
structure support frame etc. are not completed by the client in time.
C) If permanent three-phase power supply along with double earthling etc.., is not
given in time in the machine room.
D) If formalities are delayed due to non-payment of Stage wise or if necessary
technical details are missing.
E) The above delivery & erection period are given in good faith based on present
day working conditions and are subject to extension to cover delays due to force
majeure conditions. You shall not be entitled to claim damages for any loss
directly due to delay in delivery.

TERMS & CONDITIONS SHOULD APPLY:

WHEN YOU CONFIRMED YOUR ORDER WITHIN SIX MONTHS TO MAKE INSTALL UNIT AS
SAME AS MARKET PRICE .INCASE YOU DEALY TO MAKE INSTALL UNIT. THE PRICE
WILL BE INCREASING AS PER CURRENT MARKET STANDARD PRICE WILL BE MADE
APPLICABLE TO THIS OFFER.
(If market price is decreased, we will offer that price applicable to this offer)

SURPLUS MATERIALS: All surplus materials, consumable goods, packing cases, wirings
materials, tools and tackles etc., employed during execution of contract are our property and will
be removed by us and taken into custody.

ARBITRATION: In case of any dispute between us the matter shall have to be settled by
arbitration in Vijayawada and courts in Vijayawada city shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

CANCELLATION OF CONTRACT:

In the event of cancellation of contract by you, we shall be charging you as follows:

A) 15% of the contract value, if the order is cancelled before the general arrangements drawings is prepared.
B) 25% of the contract value, if order is cancelled within one month after the approval of general
arrangement drawing.
C) 80% of the contract value, if the order is cancelled within two months after the approval of general
arrangement drawing.
D) 90% of the contract value, if the order is cancelled after intimation that materials are ready for dispatch.

TERMINATION OF CONTRACT:

In case the supply of materials is not completed due to reasons beyond/within your/our control, within 72 weeks
from the from the date of conclusion of contract, company shall be at liberty any time thereafter either to offer
a revised proposal for your acceptance or to treat the contract as cancelled without being liable to pay any
damages or compensation. Under no circumstances shall either of us be liable for special, indirect or
consequential loss or damages of any kind.

RECONDITIONING/REPLACEMENT OF MATERIAL:

In case of material/components supplied by us, whether installed or not, are required to be

reconditioned/ replaced at a later date due to (i) delay on account of non-availability of power supply
or other incomplete work by you (ii) force majeure conditions, (iii) damage on account of improper
storage space provided by you, (iv) theft or pilferage from the work site, the related cost shall be
payable by you on demand.

VALIDITY: This offer is valid for a period of 30 days from the date of this offer.
