A. Title SDRRM REMOTE ORIENTATION
B. Rationale Students are the most vulnerable person during catastrophe,
nowadays pandemic is still a threat and the effects of climate
change is unpredictable that endangers their lives. Disasters
deprive students on their right to access education in a safe
environment. It is important to know student first-hand what
makes their school unsafe and how to make their school and
home safe. They should know what to do before, during and
after the disaster. Preparedness is based on sound analysis of
disaster risk and linkages with early warning systems and
includes contingency planning, stockpiling of equipment, and
supplies and associated training and field exercises. However,
in this new normal student are not allow to stay in school for
the orientation. Thus, RRASMHS will initiate SDRRM remote
instruction to orient the students and parents . This ORSEM
module aims to capacitate students on their preparedness of
what to do before, during and after calamities and disaster
prevalent in their locality.
C. Objectives 1. To improve learners’ level of understanding on the hazards
and potential risk in school.
2. To increase learners on awareness on the hazard and
possible risk in home and school.
3. Engage learners in real-life situation in safety and
preparedness activity.
D. Expected The expected outputs of this innovations are the following

E. Activities/ This activity is a school-based SDRRM orienatation will be
