    Q 1. What are pros and corns of the relay race approach and cross functional team approach to
    product development project? What approach is better?

    Ans. Pros of Relay race approach:

    Relay race approach has its good idea to conduct first a study of what the consumers wants or desires
    before getting into decisions of making a new project or product to determine the needs of the
    customers.

    Corns of Relay race approach:

    Relay race approach is suitable for local projects not for this particular project.

    Pros of Cross functional approach:

    Cross functional approach is ideal to a large project especially if the project is getting worldwide.

    Corns of Cross functional approach:

    The approach needs to hire expert’s people to build team for the department or team was not united.

    Better Approach:

    In my opinion relay race approach is much better as its better to get success in small project than having
    large project with a big lost of yours chances of failure is higher.

    Q2.Who gets more power and who gets less power by shifting product development projects from the
    relay race to the cross functional team approach?

    Ans. It is the Swedish company gets more power and power of Aaronside is less comparing to its
    intensity.
