Concept:
To divide decimals by 10, 100, or 1000:
1. Move the decimal point in the dividend one, two or three
places to the left, respectively.
2. When necessary, annex zeros in order to have correct
number of decimal places.
Examples:
5.29 ÷ 10 = 0.529
5.29 ÷ 100 = 0.0529
5.29 ÷ 1000 = 0.00529
