1. What has volunteering brought Jaja?

Answer: Jaja was brought into helping people that touches the soul and change lives.
With volunteering, Jaja does not let her law school interfere the way she sees life.
Instead of playing outside or using her phone every free time, she joins volunteerism
wholeheartedly instead.
2. Describe what volunteer work that Jaja did in her time and how she did manage her
tasks as a student and as a volunteer.
Answer: When she was in elementary school, her mother used to bring her to
orphanages to help other children there. That sparks her desire in helping people and
continue to volunteer. Those life events molded her into the kind of person she is today.
Apart from law school, she prioritizes joining volunteer work. She always manages time
with only volunteering as her free time.
3. Reflect on how you see yourself as you read Jaja’s story and her volunteer efforts.
Answer: Jaja’s life is really astonishing. At the very young age, she started to make a
difference in the world by helping other people. I, myself, does not really into volunteer
work but I do help people not just on their academics, but also on giving foods outside. I
always did this secretly. We have one thing in common and that is to help people. The
difference is that the practice that we’re getting into is much different.
4. What kind of volunteer work are you willing to join? What kind of concern or issue are
you willing to give yourself to?
Answer: If I were given a chance to join volunteer work, then I choose to join
environmental issues. Helping the environment by sustaining it is the best way to have a
sustainable future. Just as much as I love helping people, I care more about the
environment because without caring it, we would have problems in the future that even
science cannot solve it.
