Show me everything and tell me how
It all means something
And yet nothing to me

I can see there’s so much to learn

It’s all so close and yet so far
I see myself as people see me
9
Oh, I just know there’s something bigger out there

I wanna know, can you saw me

I wanna know about these strangers like me
Tell me more, please show me
Something’s familiar about these strangers like me

Every gesture, every move that she makes

Makes me feel like never before
Why do I have?

This growing need to be beside her

Ooo, these emotions I never knew
Of some other world far beyond this place
Beyond the trees, above the clouds

Some people say, waking up early in the morning is very good for our health. Even
during old days people say we should wake early and work before roosters’ crow;
otherwise, our good fortunes would be pecked by them. It sounds ridiculous, but it is true.
There are many advantages of waking up early.
First, we have enough time for breakfast which is very important because it provides
our bodies with nutrients which turn into energy. Breakfast nutrients are sources of energy
so we have plenty of power, strength and endurance to carry out our duty for the whole
day. These nutrients will also increase our concentration so that we can carry out our
duties and responsibilities well.
11
Second, we have time to perform mild exercises such as a brisk walking, jogging, or
just a deep breathing. Those exercises hopefully will increase blood flow throughout the
body, including the brain, so that we become more energetic and full of passion since our
blood vessels filled with fresh blood and oxygen. We will not feel tired and sleepy. As a
result, we are able to perform our jobs well.
Finally, it turns out that breakfast and morning exercises help us keeping our moo.
Good mood is important since it helps us keeping good relations with the people around
and we can also do our tasks well. It means we are productive. As a result, we will feel
relaxed and calm. We can sleep soundly at night and by the time we wake in the morning
our bodies remain fresh and fit, we are ready to carry our tasks energetically.
