‘2002’ acoustic version is an adorable love song, sung by an English singer

Anne Marie, and co-written by Ed Sheeran, the owner of many hit songs. It
is such a sweet pop smash that draws memories of good times back in the
year 2002 and the innocent thoughts we have when falling in love at a
young age.

This playful song begins with a simple guitar strumming that introduces
finger clicks and a classic 2002 inspired pop beat that I am living for. Anne-
Marie starts off about this relationship she was in back in the year 2002.
Maybe it was her first kiss when she was 11 years old back then and their
kiss felt light as a feather on her lips. But they felt as if they were in love
like adults. Nothing in the world could stop them! Somehow these lyrics
feel really personal and authentic.

The chorus is incredibly catchy and features a short mashup of hit songs
from the early 2000s! ….. And Thuy will talk about it.

“Oops I got 99 problems singing bye, bye, bye. Hold up, if you wanna go and
take a ride with me better hit me, baby, one more time”. (đoạ n nà y show trên

o “Oops” is in reference to Britney Spears’ 2000 song, “Oops!…I Did It

Again,”
o “I’ve got 99 problems” refers to Jay Z’s 2003 song, “99 Problems,”
o “Singing bye bye bye” is a lyric from NSYNC’s 2000 song, “Bye Bye
Bye,”
o “Hold up” is taken from Dr. Dre’s 1999 song, “The Next Episode,”
o “If you wanna take a ride with me” comes from Nelly’s 2000 song,
“Ride With Me, ”
o and finally, “Hit me baby one more time” is in reference to another
Britney Spears’ song release in 1998, “…Baby One More Time.”

The lyrics of Anne Marie’s song blend together perfectly. Additionally,

another one of the lyrics, “We were only 11…” is actually accurate as well as
it pertains to Anne Marie – she was born in 1991 and age 11 in 2002

We absolutely love this remake of “2002” by Anne-Marie and Ed Sheeran.

They sit down in a small room playing the guitar and sing their hearts out
together. Their voices mix in a perfect harmony for this love song. We do
not know if this is 100% related to Anne-Marie or Ed Sheeran’s personal
experiences. But it certainly feels as if either of the artists narrated their
love life here.

“2002” by Anne Marie is a catchy, upbeat song made fittingly for the
transition between winter and summer! It has great replayability, and you
will certainly fall in love with this song right at the first time you try
hearing it.
