Objectives:
At the end of an hour session the teachers will be able to:
 learn the parts of the Weekly Home Learning Plan (WHLP) and Individual Learning Monitoring Plan
(ILMP)
 accomplish WHLP plan covering all the basic learning competencies identified in the MELCs
 prepare ILMP quarterly as way of feedback and evaluation of students

Strong Points (Accomplishments):


 the speaker covered a wide array of relevant information about WHLP & ILMP making;
 the program objectives of the LAC were all accomplished;
 the internet connection is stable;
 PowerPoint presentation aided the speaker to clearly explain the topic; and
 participants submitted all LAC output and jot down important information on their LAC journal.

Points for Improvement and Adjustment:


 allot a longer training period;
 accomplishment of WHLP is delayed due to unavailability of student modules; and
 output required for the LAC session were passed on the agreed date due to time constraint.
