Okay so, there are 5 loco- motor skills
First is the walking, hopping, running,
jumping and skipping
Walking- is the simplest way to move
from one place to another. It is usual
way for people to move.
Second is
Running- is the fastest way to move
from one place to one another.
Third is the
Jumping- pushing your body
suddenly and quickly off the ground
Learn how to jump properly by
following the simple steps below:
Bending your knees. With effort,
quickly press down both feet.
Push your body off to the ground
and stretch your body up.
Land softly on your feet by
bending your knees
And the fourth on is the
Hopping- push the body upward take
off one foot and land on the same foot
The last one is
Skipping- a combination of a step
and hop on the same foot followed
immediately by the opposite foot.
IV. Evaluation
1. The class is divided into two groups: Group A and B.
2. Group A stands on the starting point. Group B stand on the end point marked
by the teacher.
3. On signal, both first person in the group will do the same loco- motor
movement going to the starting line he or she will will tag the second person to
do the next loco-motor skill.
4. Repeat the procedure until all group members have performed all the loco-
motor skills
5. Perform the following loco-motor skills: walk, run, jump, hop and skip
