anustup chandaha - touch nose
sri rudro devathaa - touch heart
beejam - right side of chest
keelakam - left side below chest
sakthi - below chest in centre
then namaskraram - declare whatever we are chanting

jape viniyogaha ( namaskaram and hands inwards turn)

angusta - thumb
tharjani - second
madhya - middle
anamika - ring
kanisti - little
kara thala - rub palm on palm
kara prusta - rub palm below palm

anganyasam or hrudanyasam

hrudyaya - touch heart


sirashe - top of crown
shika - shika area touch
kavachaaya - cross hands across chest like a kavach
netratraya - index right ring - left eye middlefing - on jnana netra
astraya phat - index and middle finger slapped couple of times on left palm
digbandaha - clikinh on clock wise

dhyanam - namaskara mudra

panchopachaaram

Lam prithivyaatmane gandham samarpayami(kalpayaami) - little finger


Ham aakashatmane pushpam samarpayami - thumb
Yam vaayvaatmane dhoopam samarpayami - pointing
Ram vahnyaatmane Deepam samarpayami - middle
Vam amritaatmane amrutham naivedayaami - ring

namaskaram - sam sarvathmane samsthopachaara samarpayami
