ZUMBA
- Is an alternative indoor recreational
activity with fitness benefit claims.
- Discovered by Alberto “Beto” Perez, a
celebrity fitness trainer of Colombia in
the mid 90’s.
- Involves a combination of Latin dance
steps such as salsa, samba, raggaeton,
merengue cumbia, cha-cha-cha, mambo
rumba, flamenco.
- Many steps have been included to make
the dance more exciting such as belly
dancing, hip hop and the like.

corner and the group 2 will stay at the right
side. Now go to your group.
Okay, listen. This time we will be having
an activity. The name of our activity is “Watch
me now and perform me later”. You are going
to watch a video and perform after watching.
And you are only given 5 minutes for your (Students’ do as told)
preparation.
