DISCUSSION
A. Understanding in Present Perfect Tense
The present perfect tense is formed with a present tense form of “to have”
plus the past participle of the verb (which can be either regular or irregular in
form).
Present Perfect Tense (finish time now) is a tense used to express actions, events,
events that happened in the past and still have something to do with it now or to
indicate an event that is completed in a short time.
Present Perfect Tense (waktu selesai sekarang) adalah suatu tenses yang
digunakan untuk menyatakan perbuatan, peristiwa, kejadian yang terjadi pada
waktu lampau dan masih ada hubungannya dengan sekarang atau untuk
menunjukkan suatu peristiwa yang selesai pada waktu yang singkat .
To form the Present Perfect Tense sentence we need to know about:
The shape of the auxiliary used in the present perfect tense is “to have”. Present
perfect tense is composed of subject, auxiliary (have / has), and the past participle
(past tense verb Verb forms III or III), for example:
- I have eaten some food (Saya sudah makan beberapa makanan)
- You Have gone to school (Kamu telah pergi ke Sekolah)
 Subject used in the Present Perfect in two parts :
1. Has
Has used to subject ( She, He, It )
Example : She has drunk three of milk, she must be get stomachache now
2. Have
Have used to subject ( I, You, They, We )
Example : I have gone to Bali island for three times
 Auxiliary Verb is divided in two forms, namely:
3. Singular
( I have, You have, she / he / it has)
4. Plural
(We have, You have, They Have)

 Past participle or verb in the present perfect tense is used Verb III. Past
participle is divided in two parts:
1. Regular verb, for example: talk = talked
2. Irregular verb, for example: go = gone

- Subject + Have/Has + NOT + Verb 3 + Object

2. Nominal Sentence

- S + Have/Has + Not + Been + Nominal

1. Contoh verbal sentence

- So far (Sangat jauh) - Not yet (Belum)
- Up to now (Sampai sekarang) - Just (Hanya)
- Until now (Sampai saat ini) - Recently (Baru)
- Already (Sudah) - Since (Sejak)
- Never (Tidak pernah) - For (Untuk)
- Ever (Pernah) “hanya untuk kalimat tanya” - Before (Sebelum)

Example : - My Friend and I have just finished the theater practice

- Has she already gone to Baghdad ?

C. Function Present Perfect Tense
1. To declare the deeds of long ago and are still continuing to this day.
Example : - I have waited you since morning
- We have lived in Bali since 1994
2. To explain a Deuteronomy act in the uncertainties before now.
Example : - She has ever met us
- I have never promised to met her
3. To describe the atcs that have been completed
Example : - Santoso has given me a pen
- We have helped him
4. Stating an event, an act or event that had been committed but had not expired.
Example : - I have received a lot of news this few days.

Topic dialog : Go to the Movies
Plot : Aliya bought two movie theater tickets for her boyfriend, Rudi.
Aliya’sfavorite movie is horror. But inorder to watch it with Rudi, Aliya
would learn to enjoy cpmedy. Aliya has twice film they are.
Character : Aliya and Rudi
Aliya : Let’s go to the cinema. I’ve bought two tickets for us.
Ryan : What is the film?
Aliya : The Boss Baby. That’s a comedy. You’ll love it.
Ryan : How do you know that I will like the movie?
Aliya : Because I have watched it two times.
Ryan : What? You’ve watched a comedy movie two times?
Aliya : Yes I have.
Ryan : So, why do you want to watch it again?
Aliya : I want to watch it with you. I want to laugh with you. We haven’t gone to
the cinema for ages.
Ryan : You know the reason right? We’ve had different preference. I like comedy
and you like horror.
Aliya : Yes, I know it. That’s why I’ve learned to watch comedy movies.
My friends and family have helped me.

CONCLUSION

Present Tense is a tenses that used to represent the behavior, affair, events
that occurs at the time of time and there are still conjunction with now or to show a
event which is a short time.
From the foregoing, it is expected that we will want a better understanding
of the tenses in English in this case of "present perfect tense and future tense."
Because in English there are rules to the learning process primarily by its
pronunciation. Both readers and writers want to get involved in the application of
English in everyday life because English is an international language.

PRELIMINARY

A. Background
The English language is internasional language. Better English, then we will
be able to communicate with other nations of the world. In addition, we will also
be able to increase our insight and knowledge to the progress of our nation and
country, for we will be able to read English literature, listen to internasional radio
broadcasts, and shoot other scientific movies. This, we can eventually master
knowledge in all fields.

B. Problem Identification
In this we sum up of the points we will consider
1. What is the meaning of present perfect tense?
2. How use present perfect tense, what a formula looks, parts, of it example?
3. How examples of using as you open he present perfect tense?

C. Porpuse
From Identification the above issue, so the writer was obviously intended to
explain or excommunicate the points, according to the knowledge we acquired,
both from the source book and from our teachers. Hopefully all benefit us. If there
