WHO AM I?
(Entry Level)

There is always two sides of a coin and every element on the earth has two effects and I am trying
to achieve the positive aspect of the life by perishing the negative elements from my life. My
personality and character are two important features that make me who I am. Although I may have
some weaknesses, I am basically the upbeat type of person. I try to be as happy as I can most of
the time. Everyone cannot please each other but if everyone pleases themselves and are cheerful
most of the time, I feel that it is a better start to put yourself in life. Worthiness is the most sacred
part of my life

Everybody faces difficult situations in life and overcoming from that is a part of positivity. Being
down or depressed comes with everyone's character at some point. When I come across this point
in life, it is one of my weak situations. When something happens that hurts my feelings or makes
me angry, the outcome is always sadness. I let my emotions out but crying or keeping quiet to
myself. Depending on what the situation, the cause of my anger and hurt stays on my mind for a
long period of time. Also, if somebody puts me down with comments or actions, I try to ignore it
but inside I know I am better than words or actions and I prove it by letting things go. I try my
level best to do things in the direction.

The process of changing from an average to a high achiever denotes success in life. My personality
is of an average teenage personality; being kind or unkind when I need and want to be. Unless
someone really is on my bad side, I have respect for them and will always treat them exactly how
I expect to be treated. Otherwise, do not talk about me and play childish games. I come with my
personality so if you like how I act you'll love being around me. I am unique as well. I am not
really a hard person to please and I do not feel embarrassed much. I am not the type of person to
judge anyone. Everyone has their own opinions and styles and everyone should express them
freely. Teenagers may think and act alike. My basic description is as of an average teen. Angriness
turns out into happiness, with a big grin in my heart.
ABOUT YOURSELF

1.) ABOUT YOUR STRENGHTS AND WEAKNESSES:

- My strength is to be positive at every instance of my life and to work hard for the things,
I want to achieve in my life. I always help everybody; things which are in my limits.
- My weakness is I lose my patience, generally. I have a problem of not saying no for any
task allotted to me. This makes me overburdened with many tasks, and leads to non
accomplishment of a certain task.

2.) ABOUT YOUR GOALS:

- I want to become a Civil Judge. Beside from this, I want to become a social worker in
my life and I want to fulfill the dreams of my parents. I also want to become a person,
whom everybody remembers.

3.) YOUR ROLE MODEL (STATE SPECIFIC REASON FOR THE SAME):

- I have no role model in my life as I want to achieve my self-built targets, instead of

following the ideologies and thoughts of other person.

4.) ONE OF THE BOOK THAT INSPIRED YOU THE MOST AND WHY:

- As in general, I don’t read books, but I read a motivational book, which I had received
as a reward in a competition, “Life is what it makes”; I found this book quite good.

5.) WHAT WOULD YOU LIKE TO ATTAIN OUT OF YOUR RESPECTIVE

PROGRAM?

- I want to know and attain the real job of a lawyer irrespective of the corrupted world’s
attitude towards it. I want to gain knowledge of the legal world and want to spread a
sense that the law course is not a useless course; as the present world thinks about it.

6.) WHAT ARE YOUR EXPECTATIONS FROM THE BEHAVIOURAL

SCIENCE COURSE?

- My expectation from the course is that I want to know the various elements of the life
which enables a person to come out from various depressed and unfavourable situations.
I too want to know that, how to maintain positivity towards life.
DRAW AND DESCRIBE, in the space provided here, anything that you like the
most:

I like “Music players and earphones” the most.

“I like music players and earphones the most as sound is a description of emotions and feelings.
These electronical gadgets change the mental state of a person. I have wide collection of music
players starting from sony, iball-s, zebronic etc. Music is a part of life, it depicts various ideologies.
In the past listening music without an earphone was just like listening a melody without beats and
base; earphones have just made it possible.”
LEARNING FROM THE WORKSHOPS: SEMESTER WISE

- MODULE: First

- NAME OF THE ACTIVITY: JOHARI WINDOW

- OBJECTIVES OF THE ACTIVITY:

The objectives of the activity are-

Cognitive: Explain how the Johari Window works

Affective: Respond to the value of understanding ourself better and how others view
us.

- PERSONAL LEARNING FROM THE ACTIVITY:

The importance of learning more about ourselves is critical to our success in the world.
It is also critical to reaching our goals, becoming independent, and building a bridge for
the future. We need to become more open, confident, and comfortable with who we are.
We need to build our self-esteem because we have a lot to give to the world and our
families. Everyone is not out to get us, and in fact they may have good feedback for us
if we are open to it.
WHO AM I?
(Exit Level)

When I examined if I should change my attitude I feel that it is important to investigate the different
influences that have formed my attitude. I have been influenced by the different values and morals
that my parents, family, and teachers have taught me. My attitude has also been formed through
experiences that I have had. There are also many factors that caused changes in my attitude.

Should I change my attitude? I guess when I really think about it, everyone can bear to change
something about their attitude. People have different views on situations, and some are right and
some are wrong. I consider myself to have a fairly open attitude to new ideas, and the ideas of
others. I do not feel that I need to change my attitude overall, but I feel that there are certain aspects
of my attitude that could be adjusted.

"Our knowledge springs from two fundamental sources of the mind; the first is the capacity of
receiving representations (the ability to receive impressions), and the second is the power to know
an object through these representations (spontaneity in the production of concepts). Intuition and
concepts constitute, therefore, the elements of all our knowledge." (Immanuel Kant)

This quote is discussing how knowledge is formed, and this can be referred to attitude as well. Our
attitude is developed from our mind, the impressions we receive, and through representation, the
concepts we learn. So, I must adjust with the changing environment.

Importance of behavioural science and morals in life-

Positive moral values are important because they allow you to have an overall feeling of peace
and joy. Moral values can give meaning and purpose to your life. You are able to direct your
behavior towards beneficial and fulfilling activities.
When you live your life according to moral values that are based on honesty, compassion, courage,
modesty, and forgiveness, then you can also form positive bonds with other people.
Incorporating the moral value of honesty in your life make you trustworthy. You will have a clear
conscience because you can respect yourself. The people that you come into contact with will be
able to count on you to be fair and sincere. Your integrity will allow you to advance in both your
personal and professional life. There are more opportunities for you to fully experience life when
you are an honest person.
In addition to honesty, you also need to incorporate the moral value of compassion into your life.
Compassion allows you to have sympathy for the misfortunes of other people. It also motivates
you to want to give them any type of assistance that you can. Compassion results in your having
feelings of mercy towards other people. When you have compassion as a moral value people are
more likely to put their trust in you because you will be non-judgmental of their circumstances.
Thirdly, the moral value of courage gives you the determination to face anything that impedes your
progress through life. You will also be able to overcome any obstacles because you won’t let fear
hold you back. Others will feel confident relying on you for encouragement because you find
solutions to whatever problems arise in your life. When courage is one of your moral values, you
can bravely face the world.
In life it is essential to your survival to have modesty especially in respect to courage. Modesty
allows you to realize what your limits are. It helps you to stay focused and keeps you from
becoming overconfident and reckless. People will feel comfortable around you because you are
humble and you don’t try to belittle them.
Lastly, it is also important to incorporate the moral value of forgiveness in your life. Forgiveness
allows you to move past hurtful or damaging situations. It allows you to abandon feelings of anger
or resentment against others or yourself. You can be emotionally healthy when you practice
forgiveness because it keeps you from holding onto pain and resentment.
In conclusion, moral values are extremely important for your overall well-being. Moral values
provide a structure for your life. Honesty makes you respectable.
