Electrical Spec.'S Identification 16195-1

This document provides identification requirements for electrical equipment for an aircraft hangar project at Cairo Airport. It specifies that all electrical equipment such as power centers, switchboards, switches, circuit breakers, and wires must be clearly labeled. The labeling nomenclature must identify the system, feeder number, and loads served. Labels should be engraved nameplates or tags using standardized letter heights. Phase identification letters must be visible on busbars without disassembly. Warning signs are required for live switching equipment. Empty raceways and boxes must also be labeled to identify the future system. The nomenclature must be approved by the engineer prior to installation.
