In Pakistan, both the sectors are in the stage of rapid vertical and horizontal expansion, so there is a need to assist these sectors and enable them to operate with professional excellence. We have developed a pool of qualified, skilled and experienced professionals to help our clients scientifically identify needs, strategize, design, execute, monitor and evaluate products, programs, projects and services they deliver. 1.2. WHERE IT STARTED AND HOW IT DEVELOPED

The roots of Creator business consultancy (CBC) can be traced back to 2009 when the initiative was taken to form a consultancy firm with the name of Chrgre Global Business Consulting at Kabul and Jalalabad cities of Afghanistan. It provided wide range of consultancy services in development management to national and international partners including USAID, SDLR, DAI, Alkozai group and also meeting the needs of local organization and business with an impressive track record in Afghanistan, the management decided to expand operations to Pakistan in 2011. The recent humanitarian crises including militancy and terrorism and consequent miseries and then heavy floods in 2010 posed new challenges to the non-profit sector so off-putting impacts on private business. The pressure to deliver, and to uphold various quality and accountability standards were continuously rising. A need to build capacity of local organizations and to train human resource specifically for this field was greatly felt because of the focus of the international community and the various operational requirements. After working with various enterprises, the region of Pakistan has lots of opportunities to boost there business in different sector but unfortunately the entrepreneur unaware about how to satisfy the target customer needs So we aimed to support Business organizations and social enterprises in achieving high standards of programmatic and operational excellence and long term sustainability.
