BPI Account Registration Guide

INSTRUCTIONS:

For clients within the Philippines:



1) Bring Application forms, ID & Photocopy of 1 valid ID to your
a) BPI Branch
b) BPI - Family Bank Branch
Please note that you have to be an existing BPI or BPI Family account holder to register with Trade.

2) Acceptable identification are:
a) Company ID
b) Driver's License
c) Social Security ID
d) Passport
e) IDs issued by private entities or institutions registered with or regulated/ supervised by either BSP or
Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) or Insurance Commission (IC).
f) Other Picture IDs deemed as acceptable by your Branch.

3) Sign the forms in the presence of the Branch Officer and request the Branch Officer to verify your signatures. A
complete form should have 5 signatures. Please make sure that you sign all the forms completely to avoid any delay
in processing your account application.

4) Give the completed, signed and verified forms, and photocopy of one(1) acceptable ID to the BPI or BPI Family
Bank officer.

5) BPI or BPI Family Bank will take care of sending the forms to BPI Fulfillment Banking.

6) IMPORTANT : Do not send your initial investment at this time.

7) As soon as your account application has been processed, we will notify you by email on how to send your initial
investment.

For clients outside the Philippines:

1) Request your Branch officer to signature verify your documents.

2) Mail all documents to :
BPI FULFILLMENT BANKING
9/F BPI Card Center (BPI Paseo Condo)
Paseo de Roxas, Makati City 0720, Philippines

3) IMPORTANT: Do not send your initial investment at this time.

4) As soon as your account application has been processed, we will notify you by email on how to fund or deposit to
your account.
