The Yule Log by Chefs Yazid Ichemrahen & Alexandre Favre
Le Royal Monceau – Raffles Paris’ Yule Log is a magnificent balance between tradition and modernity decorated with a soft chocolate color. The whole is sublimated by a finely worked chocolate decor, with in the center a silver medallion proudly overhung by the logo of the Parisian Palace, symbol of prestige and savoir-faire.
The marquise, worked like wrought iron, seems to levitate on the glaze, in order to value this symbol of unique architecture and elegance of the hotel.

Elegant and welcoming, our recently redesigned Le Bar Long presents a special Thanksgiving menu curated by Chef Norihisa Semboshi, with wines selected by Director of Sommellerie Gabriele Del Carlo.
Menu:
- Scallop Carpaccio, curly salad, and truffle
- Supreme of yellow chicken of the Landes, vegetable medley, poultry jus, and truffle
- Vegan Tarte Tatin by Chef Yazid Ichemrahen

La Cuisine, known for its Royal Brunch, will present a special Thanksgiving Brunch on Sunday 24 November.
Take your pick from an exquisite buffet featuring traditional holiday favourites, all deliciously complemented by a curated selection of pastries and French breads, organic teas, freshly squeezed fruit juices, gluten-free options, and more.

New Year’s Eve Dinner
Dress up for a celebration to remember, with Champagne, dancing, fireworks and the best of our chefs' culinary creativity. Join our Parisian party and ring in the New Year with hope and joy.
- Welcome at Le Bar Long with live band throughout the evening
- Menu created by our Chefs from Matsuhisa Paris, Il Carpaccio*, Le Bar Long and our Pastry Chefs.
- New Year's Eve countdown at Le Bar Long with Champagne, the chance to go out into the avenue and enjoy the fireworks!

Arrival from 19:00 to be seated at the table at 20:30.
Advance payment and cancellation until 16.00 on 24 December. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged for the entire dinner.
