The Real Property Assessment Division (RPAD) provides general information regarding real property tax assessments and makes no
guarantee of the completeness or accuracy of any information provided on its web site.
Each year on December 15th, the assessment data is updated to reflect the assessment information for the upcoming tax year.� Over the
course of the year, amendments are made for various reasons including decisions on appeals and clerical errors.� These records are noted by
** in the Assessment Information section.� Assessment information lines with ** may not represent the original assessment data.�
Exemptions published are based on the assessment determined as of the date of assessment, which is October 1st preceding to the
assessment year (ie: 2022 � Fiscal year July 1, 2022 to June 30, 2023). Note, when there is a change in ownership, the exemption(s)
reflected may be for a prior owner that was on record as of October 1st, and removed for the new owner unless an exemption claim is
received or postmarked by the September 30th filing deadline preceding the assessment year (ie: September 30, 2022 for the 2023
assessment year, FY2023-2024). If the exemption claim is received or postmarked after the filing deadline, the claim will be filed for the
following assessment year (ie: October 2, 2022 for the 2024 assessment year, FY2024-2025). Please see our FAQ�regarding exemption and

Information related to parcels, improvements, and owners (as defined in� � 8-6.3(c)) may be subject to periodic changes. Data is generally
updated every Monday morning (HST). The information shown at the time of webpage visit may not necessarily reflect the most current data.
In accordance with the Revised Ordinances of Honolulu, all information, including the land and building value breakdowns, are for
assessment purposes only or as required for certification by the Director of Budget and Fiscal Services.���
