Match week 10 of the Ghana Premier League kicked off at the University of Ghana Stadium in Accra where home Accra Hearts of Oak, playing as hosts, picked up another three points in a narrow 1-0 win against Vision FC.
Hearts' 21 year old Mawuli Wayo scored the only goal for the Phoboans and he was as well, awarded the NASCO man of the match award.
On Saturday, Dreams FC defeated Medeama by a goal to NI, through a goal scored by Joseph Esso. Collins Boah was awarded the NASCO Man of the match award.
Then moving to Sunday, Nations FC destroyed Nsoatreman 3-0 at home in Abrankese, with Faisal Charwetey hitting a brace, which also helped in earning the NASCO man of the match award.
Newly promoted Holy Stars Basake defeated Accra Lions by 2-1 at home.
Prince Tweneboah scored the two goals for Accra Lions and was given the NASCO man of the match award for his dazzling performance.
Young Apostles was held to a goalless draw by Bibiani Gold Stars in Wenchi and Abdul Ganiyu Muftaw of Young Apostles was awarded the Nasco Man of the Match award.
In Dormaa, Aduana Stars picked up maximum three points after edging past Karela United. Gideon Boateng, who scored the only goal and was also awarded the Nasco Man of the Match Award.
Heart of Lions defeated Berekum Chelsea by just a goal to nil in Kpando. Christian Agyenim Boateng scored the only goal and was awarded the man of the match.
In Tarkwa, Samatex won by just a goal to nil to Legon Cities.
Seidu Abubakar scored in the 92nd minutes to give Samatex all three points. Ebenezer Acquah was awarded the Nasco Man of the match.
And finally, Kumasi Asante Kotoko lost to Bechem United away in Bechem by a goal to nothing. Kofi Tompuo scored the only goal for Bechem, while Aziz Haruna Dari picked the NASCO man of the match award.
