Principal Technical Program Manager

With Okta since 2015, Pamala is a Principal Technical Program Manager within the Okta Engineering team, partnering with the Security & Compliance team to drive key projects and initiatives. She also serves as a co-leader of Okta’s People of Color (“POC@Okta”) ERG. Pamala holds a B.A. in Mathematics/Computer Science and a Master's Certificate in Program Management and PMP.

Pamala’s career has evolved from software developer to Technical Program Management, working with diverse teams to solve complex problems at Lockheed, IBM, Kaiser, Microsoft, and Chevron before joining Okta. She has served for many years in community organizations and church leadership. Pamala finds joy in teaching and mentoring children and loves traveling, writing, running, and weight training.
