If you plan to visit without an appointment, please call (314) 512-9000 ahead of time to ensure someone will be available to welcome you.

Mondays: 9 am–2 pm
Tuesdays: 8:30 am–4 pm
Wednesdays: 9 am–2 pm
Thursdays: 8:30 am–4 pm
Fridays: No receptionist on duty

Member service hours by phone are Monday–Friday, 9 am–5 pm.

Access a staff directory, a Nine PBS department or the receptionist by calling (314) 512-9000. To send a fax to the Nine PBS, call (314) 512-9005. Telephones are staffed weekdays from 9 am to 5 pm. At all other times, callers may leave a recorded message that will be noted and responded to if so desired.
