BIM models are a database of our buildings, where we can centralise all information we want from them. However, not all information must be in the model natively. Usually there are a great amount of documents containing detailed information of the facilities, whose conversion to native BIM data would not be worth the time to convert them, as well as their future maintenance.

Instead, you can link those documents to the elements of your model. Thus, you will have all the information and you can access all of it from the model, in the right formats. 

We help you to enrich BIM models by linking them with information from documents in other formats. The BIM model will still be the centre of all information of your building.
