Sajj Mediterranean’s latest expansion plan is finally coming to fruition.
The Bay Area-based chain that specializes in customizable Middle Eastern wraps, bowls and salads has just opened its second San Jose location and will soon make its first foray into the East Bay market.
The new Coleman Center restaurant gives the company eight brick-and-mortars in the Bay Area (Sunnyvale, Menlo Park, Mountain View, San Mateo, two in San Jose and two in San Francisco) and two in Southern California.
Look for Sajj’s shawarma and falafel fast-casual dishes to open next in San Ramon at The Shops at Bishop Ranch.
