Our Partners

The Talent Foundry
We partner with the Talent Foundry to increase social mobility by working in partnership with schools, to help young people from underserved communities discover what they are amazing at and develop valuable new employment skills. Maven recently hosted 45 students from 5 schools in the London Office for workshops and coaching sessions. Maven volunteers share information on their career path, provide guidance, and motivations and act as role models to the students on the programme.
Tintagel Tutoring
Maven supports Tintagel Tutoring to provide free 11+ tutoring to disadvantaged children in the Midlands. Their goal is to assist all students in achieving their full potential with the guidance they provide. In addition to the tutoring programme, we offer webinars for their partner school, Arthur Terry, a secondary and sixth-form college in Birmingham. These inspirational webinars educate secondary and 6th-form students about different career paths and inspire them to have aspirations beyond their current boundaries.
Blackbullion
We partner with Blackbullion, a financial well-being platform and app to equip young people with money skills for life. Blackbullion recently supported us to launch our first scholarship, which was awarded to 4 Spring Week interns on our 2024 Spring Week Programme.
Rare

Rare is supporting Maven to enhance our hiring data allowing us to look not just at someone’s achievements, but at the context in which those achievements occurred. Rare also provides us with Hemisphere, a product that drives self-directed learning to address personal bias in hiring managers. This blends videos, educational animations and interactive exercises into an e-learning platform for interviewers and hiring managers.
