Planet or Plastic? is an exhibition by National Geographic about the global plastic pollution crisis told through more than 70 powerful photographs, examining the detrimental effects of plastic on the natural environment particularly in relation to our world’s oceans and marine life. Unravel the mystery of sound with circuitry drawing in this workshop with renowned sound-media artist, Zul Mahmod.

Delve deeper into 2219: Futures Imagined in the fourth episode of our Virtual Tour series.

Be dazzled by stunning interstellar scenes and a flying saucer ball pit. You can also strike a pose in space and twinkle brightly against the night sky as part of An Intergalactic Odyssey.

This is a hands-on workshop that encourages young visitors to create their own version of everybody’s favourite sea turtle, Tut. They will get creative and explore ways to upcycle discarded materials by giving it new life in this craft session.

At the end of the workshop, participants will bring their turtle home with them and continue to spread the message of change.

Suggested age group: 7 years old and above.
