Suppliers are selected through a competitive sourcing process focused on “best value,” determined by evaluation of supplier proposals and combinations of cost, quality and technology.


To be considered for future business with Lumen, please register via our Supplier Registration Portal. All suppliers must comply with applicable Regional and Global Policies, as well  as policies detailed in the industries and Supplier Diversity sections below.

The mission of the Federal and SLED procurement organizations is to provide procurement and subcontract support for Federal, State, Local and Education agencies/customers. In doing so, Lumen fully supports its Small Business Program initiatives.

All procurement activities are conducted in accordance with applicable laws, recognized standards of business conduct, the Lumen compliance program and the expectations of our Federal and SLED customers via contractual and/or flow down requirements.
