CHOCOLATE CHIP CUPCAKES RECIPE... AND SOME INSPIRATION FOR HALLOWEEN DAYS!
Hi everyone! These days we're preparing a terrifyingly fun activity at our daughter's school, and that's why this year I haven't had much time to decorate the house for Halloween... but on the other hand, I wanted to show you this recipe we made with the Thermomix one rainy afternoon at home, to prepare some delicious chocolate chip cupcakes with a fun and endearing autumn and Halloween decoration! ;)
RECETA DE CUPCAKES CON PEPITAS DE CHOCOLATE... ¡Y UN POCO DE INSPIRACIÓN DECO PARA HALLOWEEN!
INGREDIENTS FOR 12 MUFFINS
- 250 g. pastry flour
- 2 teaspoons of baking powder
- 125 g.
regular sugar
- 2 large eggs (L)
- 150 g. whole milk
- 1
sachet vanilla sugar or 1 teaspoon liquid vanilla
- 125 g. butter, at
room temperature
- 100 g. chocolate chips

PREPARATION
Preheat the oven to 180º.
In the glass of the Thermomix, add the
flour and the yeast. Program 10 seconds, at speed 7, to mix well. We
reserve in a bowl.
Without washing the glass, put the sugar and
pulverize it for 20 seconds, at progressive speed 5-7-9.
PREPARACIÓN
Precalentamos el horno a 180º.
En el vaso de la Thermomix, echamos la harina y la levadura.
Programamos 10 segundos, a velocidad 7, para que se mezclen bien.
Reservamos en un bol.
Sin lavar el vaso, ponemos el azúcar y la pulverizamos durante 20
segundos, a velocidad progresiva de 5-7-9 consecutivamente.
Add the eggs, milk, vanilla or vanilla sugar and the butter in pieces.
Program 2 minutes, temperature 37º and speed 4.

and fill them to ¾ of the paper muffin tin.

y los rellenamos hasta ¾ partes del molde de papel.
and bake for 25-30 minutes (the time depends on the type of
oven you have) at 180º.
y horneamos durante 25-30 minutos (el tiempo depende del tipo de horno
que tengamos) a 180º.
