38 U.S. Code § 2021 - Homeless veterans reintegration programs
The Native American Housing Assistance and Self Determination Act of 1996, referred to in subsec. (a)(3), is Pub. L. 104–330, Oct. 26, 1996, 110 Stat. 4016, which is classified principally to chapter 43 (§ 4101 et seq.) of Title 25, Indians. The date of the enactment of the Joseph Maxwell Cleland and Robert Joseph Dole Memorial Veterans Benefits and Health Care Improvement Act of 2022, referred to in subsecs. (b)(2), (g)(1), and (h)(2), is the date of enactment of div. U of Pub. L. 117–328, which was approved Dec. 29, 2022.
A prior section 2021 was renumbered section 4301 of this title and subsequently omitted in the general amendment of chapter 43 of this title by Pub. L. 103–353, § 2(a), Oct. 13, 1994, 108 Stat. 3150.
