Pros (+) Location was great right out of the Shinagawa Station, which allowed quick and easy access to the vast train and subway network of Tokyo. Do yourself a favor and get a PASMO card to make using this network quick and painless. The hotel had tons of restaurants and entertainment on premises in case you don't plan on venturing out to enjoy the city, and I suspect the rooms in the main hotel are very ...

Cons (-) Noisy, only smoking rooms available when I had made a reservation for a non-smoking room, there was not even an apology. Headache because of the smoky room, couldn't sleep, noisy customers. Quite miserable.
