Staff were friendly and helpful, however they needed more on the floor of the restaurant when we ate there.
very nice location, smrt and bus accessible, orchard road is nearby and so with the other malls and sights. note that there are underpasses to make walking and crossing easier and faster. reasonably priced, clean, helpful staffs and was really a very good place to rest and recharge after a day of sight seeing.

Pros (+)Â We loved the views from the 28th floor, plus the Queen beds are super comfortable and everything in the rooms is well thought out. The staff were always helpful and friendly, the facilities were always clean. The restaurant provided very good breakfast buffets and really tasty dinners, too. And the location is hard to beat - one short block from everything Orchard Road has to offer!
Cons (-) We only had two items that weren’t so hot. First, as everyone else says, the rooms are TINY. How small is tiny? Perhaps 10 ft x 10 ft with a Queen bed in the middle. Tiny.
