New Form Analytics in Kadence Blocks Pro
Six months ago, we unveiled the Advanced Form Block in Kadence Blocks 3.1, and the enthusiasm from our community was nothing short of incredible. Today, we’re thrilled to bring you more updates that have been highly requested: Advanced Form Block Analytics and Conditional Fields.
Building on the success of our initial release, this update introduces simple form analytics. Now tracking Total Views, Total Submissions, and Conversion Rates directly from your WordPress dashboard has never been easier.
The feature not only provides valuable insights directly within your WordPress dashboard but also aims to streamline your toolset, potentially replacing costly resources from other form plugins or external landing page providers.
What’s new?
Form Analytics
Kadence Blocks Pro’s Advanced Form Block now includes a straightforward analytics tool designed to simplify how you measure engagement and conversions. Initially, this tool provides essential metrics: Total Views, Total Submissions, and an overall Conversion Rate. This insight is invaluable for marketers and solopreneurs aiming to optimize their online presence and improve marketing strategies without relying on complex analytics platforms.
Get conversion rates on your forms in real time, right at home in your WordPress dashboard.

Conditional Fields
Additionally, we’ve introduced conditional fields in forms, enabling more personalized user experiences. By tailoring the form experience based on user input, you can make forms more engaging and less overwhelming. This personalization ensures that users only see relevant fields, reducing form abandonment and enhancing the likelihood of form completion. It’s an intuitive way to interact with your audience, gather more accurate data, and ultimately, drive better outcomes from your marketing efforts.
Get started with Conditional Fields to improve the conversion rate of your form.
Marketing Automations
We expanded our integration roster to include GetResponse, alongside Mailchimp and ActiveCampaign. Using the Advanced Form Block integrated with your marketing automation system gives you more power to engage with your audience through follow-up emails, audience segmentation, and personalized marketing campaigns. This connectivity not only simplifies the lead nurturing process but also enhances the ability to convert leads into customers, making it a vital update for marketers aiming to maximize their digital strategies efficiently.
What’s next?
These features are just the beginning, with plans to unveil more detailed analytics, such as form start rates, abandonment and error tracking, in the future.
Our goal with Kadence Blocks Pro is to empower you to create more engaging, effective websites with ease. With these new analytics capabilities, you’re not just designing forms; you’re optimizing for conversion.

These new features are great!!
I have a question regarding analytics, do they use some type of cookie to extract the data? If so, how do we give the visitor the option not to load the cookie and thus comply with Europe’s GDPR?
Thank you very much for continuing to improve 🙂
Another question, is there a way to access the analytics of all the forms you have on a website? I mean without having to go in one by one. For example, I have a website with 15 different forms and it is a bit tedious to have to enter them one by one. Or some way to export a general report of all forms.
Thanks!!
