How long do I get support and updates?
Each theme, plugin, or bundle purchase includes one year of support and updates. At the end of that year, your subscription will auto-renew. At any time you can turn off auto-renewal or cancel.
Can I use the themes and plugins on more than one domain?
You can create as many sites as you like and even use your license for client’s sites where you are building, developing, and managing a website for someone else.
Please note that this does not include any kind of hosting or reselling. Managing a website for your client means you edit pages and posts on behalf of your client and for all intents and purposes you are the website admin. Setting up a website by only installing and activating Kadence for someone is not allowed as well as all other forms of sharing the license key with any third party is not allowed.
What exactly do I get when I purchase the Kadence Full Bundle?
You get each of our installable WordPress themes, child themes, and plugins (you can download as many times as you like). Plus you receive access to any future themes and plugins we develop while your bundle subscription is active.

What happens if I cancel my subscription?
If you cancel or choose not to renew, you can continue using the products for as long as you like, but you will not receive product updates or premium support, and you won’t have access to premium templates and designs. Without an active subscription, you will not have a license and will not be able to activate products.
This means you will still have the theme/plugin files as of the day you canceled your subscription but you will not have access to any new updates.
Please note that we can not guarantee how long a product will work without updates because WordPress and plugins change over time, so we strongly suggest you keep a valid license.
Can I install the theme with demo content and work from there?
Yes! You can install the Kadence Starter Template plugin and with one click install all the content of any of our starter templates. We add to our Starter Templates regularly. See how to get started here: https://www.kadencewp.com/kadence-themes-demo-content/
Can I use a Kadence product for a client’s site?

Do you offer refunds?
Yes, we offer refunds to any unsatisfied customer up to 30 days after purchase. If you would like your money back, simply submit a support ticket with a request.
Can I upgrade my package after purchase?
Yes! you can upgrade your license through your account page on Kadence WP. You must have an active subscription to upgrade your license. When upgrading an active subscription, you will pay a prorated price based on how long your subscription has been active. Upgrading starts a new subscription and a new year, so the discount is prorated.

What is an AI Credit?
Credits are how we manage the amount of times you can prompt the AI to generate/edit content on your site. They provide a way to prevent abuse and manage sane usage limits.
Free users get 250 lifetime credits, for pro users the credit amounts depend on your purchase.
Credits are “spent” when you ask the AI to do something. For example, if you are asking the AI to improve upon a headline you’ve written that costs one credit. Suppose you want the AI to generate content for an entire context in the design library that will cost more usually around four credits. Each context differs depending on how many prompts are needed to fill out a context. Filling out the entire context library costs around 100 credits.
Users will have opportunities to buy and add credits to their accounts in the future, prices for this are not yet set.

All prices are in United States Dollars. Exchange rates depend on the bank with which you purchased Kadence.
