The Houthi movement, also known as Ansar Allah, is an Islamist rebel movement fighting in the Yemen Civil War.
They are primarily made up of Shia Muslims and their name comes from their leadership being primarily from the Houthi tribe.
Widely believed to be an Iran-backed proxy group, the Houthis are also known for their antisemitic views. Their slogan is "God is the Greatest. Death to America. Death to Israel. A Curse Upon the Jews. Victory to Islam."
"They hit the wall of our house; the air conditioner was torn off," said Mor Steinberg-Golan after an interceptor hit her house.
This is the second day in a row the IDF has intercepted a missile fired from Yemen.

With the conflicts with Hamas and Hezbollah gradually fading, Israel now turns to deal with continuous attacks from the Houthis.
Whatever path forward is chosen, the Houthis will need to suffer more serious blows because, currently, they feel emboldened.
"We managed to keep the mission a tight secret, even the soldiers didn’t know what mission they were embarking on," Lt.-Col. Tomer said.
“The Houthis pose a threat not only to Israel but to the region and the entire world. The most basic and fundamental step is to designate them as a terrorist organization," Sa'ar said.

On Thursday last week, shrapnel from a ballistic missile caused significant damage to the main building of the school, causing it to collapse.
