Black Friday is better than Prime Day in just about every way. Because it's a multi-retailer event and not just an Amazon-specific one, brands big and small jump on participating. That means incredible low prices not only from Amazon, but also competing stores and its small business sellers.
Perhaps most importantly, Black Friday isn't a member-exclusive event, either. Anyone can shop Black Friday sales, whereas Prime Day is locked behind the Prime membership paywall.
Do you need to be a Prime member to shop Black Friday at Amazon?
Unlike Prime Day, Black Friday is not a sale locked only to Prime members. However, we highly recommend considering at least a trial of the subscription service.
