For very little kids (2-3 yr olds)CharlotteI should have read the measurements, because this table isn’t going to work as a Lego building table for 4-7 year olds. It’s just too low. One of the pictures used in the listing is of legos being on the table (small legos that is), which isn’t something 2-3 year olds typically do considering the pieces are too small. So I just assumed the table was for a little older kids as well.

Makes a great LEGO TableJayneBought this as a LEGO table for my daughter's room. Now my son wants one for his room! It's the perfect height for little kids to stand at or sit next to with a kids chair. Older kids and adults can easily sit on the floor and play. I think it'll grow with the kids too. If my daughter outgrows LEGOs, one day it could be a coffee table with the drawers filled with magazines, makeup, or whatever she's into. It's heavy and seems sturdy. Assembly wasn't too bad either.

The table is the perfect height for my son to stand while playing with, trains, cars, magnet, etc. I love the 2 large drawers where I can hide away toys when they are not being used.

It's extremely stable and well made, goes together easily and is one of the sturdiest products I have ever found at IKEA.
The laminate work surface is durable, with a pleasant texture, and there is a perfect edge to prevent pieces sliding on the floor. I pair it with a low stool to build in front of the TV in my parlor.... when I'm done, just open the drawer, sweep everything in, and then it doubles as a heck of a nice coffee table.
I put self-adhesive felt slider tape under the uprights so that I could move it around on my wood floors easily. Hard plastic ones would work better for carpet.
As a bonus, up to 24 KUGGIS insert trays (002.802.08) will stack beautifully underneath. KUGGIS trays are the best organizing solution I have found for LEGO and I have over 20,000 pieces stored in them. I have also ordered 2 UPPDATERA flatware trays for the drawer - will see if fits.

Perfect activity table!ColeenWe purchased this table to be our Lego table and it’s been working out perfectly for the kids! I wish it was a little taller for them to sit at with their knees under it as they get older but we may end up attaching the legs on top of some sort of a platform to help.

BEWARE of little fingers!BiancaI like it; I don’t love it. I purchased this for my 3 yr old grandson to use for his train set and magic tracks. It’s at a great height for him to walk around it and play with said items. He also enjoys the space it gives him to spread out his sensory bins on top HOWEVER, he has caught his fingers in the pull out draw several times. It has a bit of a draw back mechanism (to close) and if not careful, it will close on those little fingers. Considering returning this because he gets nervous opening & closing the draws now :(
