Easy ways to eat more sustainably

Everyone’s food choices matter. Choosing plant-based foods and certified products from responsible sources can contribute to a more sustainable diet. You can always find a tasty plant-based option to try in our restaurants and bistros – at the same price or lower than our meat-based alternative!

Mix it up

Eating a plant-based diet is one of the most significant actions an individual can take to reduce their climate footprint. So why not add some variety to your next dinner plate? Vegetables, beans, legumes and grains are plant-based and contribute to a healthy, balanced diet.

Eat responsibly sourced salmon

When salmon comes from Aquaculture Stewardship Council (ASC)-certified farms, many aspects of the farming process are independently assessed and certified – from how the feed is responsibly sourced to how the farm can lower its environmental impact.

Take small steps first

Small steps can be the most effective way to change your habits in the long term. Why not introduce 'meat-free Mondays' with family or friends? Or have meat play a smaller role on your plate, either by filling it up with greens first or by mixing some veggies into your favourite dish?

Choose coffee and chocolate with care

A product with the Rainforest Alliance seal contains one or more key ingredients produced with social, economic and environmental sustainability. By looking for this seal when you buy products like coffee and chocolate, you're supporting positive change for people and planet.

Get food from your home farm

If you buy your herbs from the supermarket and repot them in well-drained soil, then you won’t have to keep buying new herbs every time you make a meal. Not only is it convenient and a great way to maximise what you have, but it can also save waste and, potentially, money too.
