Tutorial Services for International Students
The tutoring service aims to have our international students acclimatize to their life in Japan smoother and hence focus on their academics more.
Tutors can be assigned for international students based on applications submitted by their academic advisors, and upon approval of the Dean of the International Center.

Statement of Reason
Application Deadline:
Friday, September 20, 2024, 12:00pm (JST)
Please make your best effort to apply before the above deadline.
However, upon circumstances such as difficulties occurring due to the international student or tutor entering in Fall 2024, applications will be available until Thursday, October 10, 2024, 12:00pm (JST).
Notification of Results:
After the application has been submitted, the Human Resources Department will accept the application.
Within 3 to 4 days, the "Notice of Working Conditions" will be sent to the e-mail address of the tutor.
